Client: Nonprofit Numerics
A small but rapidly growing firm was serving nonprofits, providing bookkeeping and an expanding suite of financial services. Their logo and website were seriously outdated, and their brand was limiting perceptions of both their reach and their capabilities.
Broadening Brand Reach
“Worcester Bookkeeping” needed a rebrand and to establish a more active online presence.
We rebranded by shifting emphasis from their location to their sharp focus on serving nonprofits, and broadened their service description beyond bookkeeping. Nonprofit Numerics now markets without limitation, and the brand offers room for growth.
Content & WordPress Website Design
We outlined the content requirements of the new website, developed a warm but professional tone for the copy, and urged an investment in professional photography.
The cool loft office’s giant windows gave us a nice geometric design element to work into messaging backgrounds for cohesive visual interest.
We leveraged the firm’s credentials and experience at every turn, to convincing result.
Brand Extension & Digital Marketing Promotion
The new brand identity is extended across all marketing elements. We suggested HubSpot as a CRM for Nonprofit Numerics, and assisted in account setup and data configuration. A new form on the website is populating their CRM with a healthy number of new business leads.
We developed a manageable suite of Digital Marketing tools for this small business, and provided initial training on their use. These included:
- a new blog on the website that’s gathering online visits through organic SEO efforts
- a bi-monthly eNewsletter, drawing from two blog posts per issue
- an accessible online Content Calendar, including everything from new posts to key Corporate Sponsorship opportunities to leverage
Through our Marketing Jumpstart program, we work collaboratively to establish deadlines, meet content development goals, and respond nimbly to marketing opportunities that develop organically.
SEO & ONLINE DISCOVERABILITY
Part of our content strategy was to incorporate strong baseline SEO (Search Engine Optimization) practices into the construction of the new WordPress website.
Beyond the website content and construction, we also gave the firm a strategy to create strong online business listings including a new LinkedIn Company Page, and methods to regularly request all-important Google reviews.
